We only ship to Australian addresses within Australia.
All orders are sent via Australia Post or Courier. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and dispatch. If your order needs to be dispatched quicker please contact us. Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking & shipping information.
We ship on Business days, Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays. Any order placed after 2pm will be processed on the following Business Day (Orders placed on a Friday after 2pm will be processed on Monday). Any significant delays to processing your order will be displayed on our Web site. Crafty Supplies will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, cost, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of late or delayed deliveries.
For remote locations allow an extra 2 - 5 business days from your expected delivery times.
RUSH ORDER and PRIORITY POST are available to order. A RUSH ORDER will expedite the processing time for your order to be shipped, it will not expedite the delivery time for your order. If you require a expedited delivery, consider the Express Shipping option when purchasing.
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during transit or lost, please contact Australia Post or Courier to arrange a Claim. Please take photos of all packaging and products.
Orders returned to Crafty Supplies due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at your expense.
Returns
No returns or refunds will be provided for a change of mind or over-ordering of a product.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Products
If your product is DOA, please contact Crafty with 7 days to organize a replacement.
